| Adding an allow for your popup blocker in Internet Explorer and Firefox |
| Both IE and Firefox have built in popup blockers, because our webmail utilizes popups you will need to add an allow entry for this site, below are instructions on how to do this. |
Internet Explorer
- Click Tools
- Hover over Popup blocker and click Popup Blocker Settings
- Enter vmail.infostructure.net in the white typing field
- Click the Add button to the right
- Click the Close button at the bottom
- Close and Restart IE and you are done

Firefox
- Click Tools and choose Options
- Click the Content tab at the top
- The first entry is the popup blocker click the Exceptions button to the right
- Enter vmail.infostructure.net in the white typing field
- Click the Allow button
- Click the Close button at the bottom
- Close and Restart Firefox and you are done.
If the above instructions do not work you may have a 3rd party popup blocker installed.
Many of todays popular browser toolbars such as Google Toolbar, Yahoo Toolbar, MSN Toolbar,
and even Norton Internet Security have popup blockers built into them. You may need to consult
instructions for your software on how to add an allow for popups.
